You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial practice. You may not resell it, redistribute its content, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service.

The app is a companion for attention and reflection. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or professional advice of any kind. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

The app helps you interrupt a habit. It is not a security product and it cannot prevent a determined person, including you, from reaching an app.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.

The talks and teachings featured in the app are the work of Sadhguru and their respective rights holders. We present excerpts with attribution and respect, and we claim no ownership over them.

Everything we made, meaning the app, this site, the design, the mascot artwork and the code, belongs to us. Anything you write in the app belongs to you; we do not claim a licence over your reflections, and we do not publish them.

We do our best to keep the app working, but we provide it as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if the app is being misused in a way that harms other people or the service.
